“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

Reporting Title IX Sexual Harassment

The University can only respond to allegations of Title IX sexual harassment if they are reported. Reporting enables the University to promptly provide support, stop any harassment, remediate its effects, and prevent its recurrence.
