OEO is pleased to announce newly updated TMS training sessions. During these live, in-person training sessions, participants will learn how to create general open pool posting announcements in the system, learn how to create an Instructor position description, learn how to create secondary open pool postings to hire individuals, learn how to move applicants into workflow states and enter rationale as the applicant manager, and learn how to complete the TMS hiring process by creating a hiring proposal.
This is a three-part training series. Each training session will build upon the previous session. Participants will need to attend all three sessions, in succession, to complete the training.
Please know that these May training sessions will focus on hiring non-tenure track Instructors through the open pool process. Training sessions for tenure-track Faculty searches will be provided later this year.
